The panels on this pitcher show the coat of arms of the Kurfürst (elector) Ansel Franz von Ingelheim (Kurfürst von Mainz).

Majolica is quite easily damaged, and this jug shows proof of that, in the form of several small chips. But still a nice example from this producer.
The bottom of the pitcher shows the factory marking "G&St.", as well as an inscribed number 1869. That number may represent the model number, or (less likely but not impossible) the year of manufacture.
