handmade stein (Freising?)
Uit de verzameling van Paul Van Eck
Interesting stein, since it obviously was not made in a mold or by a machine. I feel this must date prior to 1850 and it may come from the Freising region. Very nice decorations, all hand-applied. Slightly recessed bottom, no factory markings.
Any suggestions to this stein are very welcome!
