For some reason none of the Marzi and Remy tapestry steins are in TBSL as such. This one has unusual bse markings, 990 B over a 22, all incised.The lid is not by M&R, it features the three crosses of war, the red cross, the iron cross, and the black cross (grave markers).

The saying translates to:
In happiness and sorrow
Drink all the time
