Maker unknown, although the font-style on the mold number leads me to believe that this might be by A.J. Thewalt (it's not listed in the Beer Stein Library either.)

Chuck, I also looked in the BSL for #313 and missed it. Then I looked in the handle section and found it was a JW Remy handle. Your pictures are so much better than the ones in the BSL is why you probably missed it. Mike Finn
