Shaped mug "Scotch Terrier". A large porcelain collector's mug with a height of 30 cm and a capacity of 1 liter was made in 2000 at the iconic German manufactory Albert Stahl & Co., working in partnership with another German porcelain factory Porzellanmanufactur und Krugwerkstätte Thüringen (PKT). You can see their brand name on the outside of this mug.
The Scotch Terrier mug has become the sixth model in the Man's Best Friend special collection series dedicated to popular dog breeds.
The Scottish Terrier, or Scotch Terrier (eng. The Scottish terrier is a breed of dog bred in Scotland. The dog is used for hunting foxes, badgers and many burrowing animals. There are many breeds of terriers in Scotland, but this one was named the Scottish one thanks to Captain G. Murray and S. E. Shirley, who worked to improve the breed. Targeted development has been underway since the beginning of the 19th century. The standard was adopted in Great Britain in 1883.
The Scotch Terrier beer mug was limited to 5,000 copies in four different color groups. There were 3,000 black ones, 1,500 white ones, 400 beige ones, and only 100 gray ones. Therefore, the gray one is the rarest. Information from the manufacturer.
