Fullcolor historismus jug

A very decorative lidded jug in the historismus style. Made circa 1860~1890.
Model number 250B impressed into the base.

I have not seen a coloring scheme like this on any jug or stein so far, which makes me wonder if it ever left the factory in this condition or if it was painted by someone at a later date. The paint however seems to be fired into the clay, not cold-painted..
Any thoughts are welcome..

Height excluding the pewter lid is 23cm (9in).
Total height is 29cm (11.5in)
