Amber glass stein with Munich Child

Aus die Sammlung von Paul Van Eck

A lovely amber color glass beer stein, made probably around the 1890's.
It has a pewter footring and a pewter lid.
The front has a painted decoration of the Munich Child and a short drinking verse: "Ein guter Trunk macht alle jung!".

Circa 1/2 liter capacity.
Glass height: 14.5cm (5.7 in)
Total height (including the lid): 22cm (8.6 in)
