Cold War Stein

U.S. Army in Europe patch. This was apparently a civilian employee stein. The owner, Jack M. Dunlap, is preceded by Mr. and the roster is mostly Mr.'s with a few officers. It's unusual to see a roster on a stein this late (1981).
