Rochlitz or Lunzenau (Saxony) stein

A 18th century stoneware stein, most likely made in Saxony, (Rochlitz or Lunzenau).
Dated on the lid 1778.
The lid is probably a replacement. The original lid may have had a ring attached to the top part of the body, and the stein would have had a pewter foot ring.
