1/4 Lt. Rinehold Hanke generic stein. This body design is shown in the Rinehold - Hanke catalogue and seems to have been used to display various prints. From the type of hinge, the fact that mould type was in the RH catalogue and the word Germany is stamped on the base I would assume that this stein dates from the mid 1890's, but would be happy to be corrected.
