A wooden beer stein, shaped like a barrel.
It measures 20cm, excluding the rim, and the diameter at the base is appx 10.5cm. There is no capacity mark, but my guess is it will hold about 1.5 liters of our favorite drink. The inside of the stein is made waterproof with some sort of wax.
I think this wooden stein was produced in the beginning of the 20th century, and possibly in Eastern Europe or Scandinavia.
If you have any information for me that could help me identify it better, do let me know.
